Q. What is
MeshMinder? |
|
A. MeshMinder is a
free, on-line virtual agent connecting hockey teams and players with
people that provide specialized hockey services. Players and/or teams (Requestors) can
enter their player requirements in MeshMinder including required
time, skill level, age and playing position. Once the request is
submitted, MeshMinder matches the request to profiles in a database
of players (service providers) willing and able to play within the
defined requirements. MeshMinder
then alerts the service providers of a pending request via email or
text message. The first service provider to respond is assigned to
the request.

Q. Do I need to use my credit card to register? |
|
A. No. MeshMinder is a free service, we do
not need your credit card. |

Q. How do I sign up as a service provider? |
|
A. In order to register as a service provider, simply
register with MeshMinder and specify the type of service(s) you are
capable of providing (i.e. goalie or referee). When creating your
goalie or referee profile, you can specify your specific profile
preferences including geographic playing range, preferred times,
positions and preferred hourly rates. This profile criteria is used
when matching service providers with requestors. |

Q. How does MeshMinder ensure I get a quality
player or referee? |
| A. Similar to the rating system used by eBayTM,
MeshMinder allows you to rate a service provider (player or referee)
after the game has been played. MeshMinder allows requestors to rate
the service provider on specific attributes such as punctuality,
effort, attitude and playing level capability. Service providers
that do not show up for more than two games will be warned and
potentially removed from the system if further "no shows" follow. In addition, the
service provider can rate the requestor on specific attributes such
as payment and attitude.

| Q. How much does it cost to
register with MeshMinder? |
| A. MeshMinder is absolutely free.
There are no registration fees, commissions or "finder's fees"
whatsoever. |

| Q. What happens if a service
provider cancels before the scheduled game? |
| A. If the cancellation occurs before the
request expiry
date/time you specify when requesting a service provider, MeshMinder
will automatically find another match for you. If no match exists by
your expiry date/time you will be notified via your preferred
communication method (email or text message). |

| Q. What happens if the requestor changes or
cancels the game request before the scheduled game? |
| A. Requestor changes or cancellations will
trigger an email notification that is sent to the service provider
at least one hour prior to the scheduled game. Users that abuse the
cancellation feature will be warned and if abuse continues, will be
suspended from MeshMinder.com. |

| Q. What does MeshMinder do with
my personal information? |
| A. MeshMinder uses information such
as age, gender, year of birth and address to match you with
corresponding requests. Your personal information is always kept confidential,
in fact, even your name is kept confidential from users requesting
services - it is
your choice whether you want to disclose your name when you show up
to play. The only information disclosed to other users is your
MeshMinder User ID. Any communications that you may receive are
mediated by MeshMinder.com, virtually eliminating spam and bogus
email requests. MeshMinder takes your privacy very seriously and
will never sell or distribute your information to anyone. For more

| Q. How do I define where I am
willing to play? |
 |
| A. When you create your profile, you
are able to specify the distance you are willing to travel to play.
MeshMinder uses the distance entered to calculate a "playing range"
and automatically determines all of the arenas within that range.
The range is displayed as a green circle surrounding your home on
the map. |

| Q. What if I can't find an
arena in MeshMinder? |
| A. MeshMinder has a very
comprehensive list of arenas in it's database consisting of over
4500 arenas in North America. If you can't find an arena, you can
place a request to add it in our database by clicking on "Add an
Arena" in the "Find an Arena" section of MeshMinder.com. |

| Q. How do I pay the service
provider? |
| A. Payment can be made directly to
the service provider at the arena after the service has been
provided. MeshMinder does not accept payments on behalf of the
service providers. |

| Q. How will I know if my game is
confirmed? |
| A. MeshMinder will send game
confirmations to both the requestor and service provider as soon as
the service provider accepts the invitation. In addition, MeshMinder
will send a reminder email 24 hours prior to the scheduled game.
Future releases of MeshMinder will allow users to import confirmed
games into their Microsoft Outlook Calendar. |

| Q. How much will it
cost me for a referee or goalie? |
| A. When requesting a
service provider, you can specify the maximum amount you are willing
to pay for the service. The actual amount you will have to pay will
be determined when a service provider is found and the amount will
be no more than the maximum amount you specified. |

| Q. If I accept to
play a game through MeshMinder, how do I communicate with the
requestor? |
A. When you accept to
play a game in MeshMinder, you will be provided with a messaging
link that allows you to communicate anonymously with the requestor
of the service. The requestor will only see your MeshMinder User ID.
You do have the option to disclose your email and/or cell phone if
you wish, otherwise, the requestor can respond to you via the same
MeshMinder messaging service.
